The Return to Nature
Most of us have times when we are feeling stressed and uninspired. That is our first clue that we have drifted off center, forgetting our innate connection to the All. Nature never leaves us; but we sometimes forget Nature and her non-judging, loving embrace of every part of us. When we realign with our whole self, allowing Nature back in, we are renewed, refreshed, re-inspired.. 

Nature filled sessions with Penny are reinvigorating, replenishing, renewing, reharmonizing. When we are reconnected to our inner and outer Nature,, we take more loving care of ourselves, our environment, our hopes and our dreams.. What are you waiting for?

  • 60 minute personal retreat within Nature's embrace 
     This is a silent, personal time with you and Nature. Choose the place on the property that calls to you,      Meditate, journal, take in the woods, sky and river, or just breathe.                                            
  • 3 hour retreat, includes intuitively built sacred fire and guided meditation
     Need a bit longer? A 3 hour retreat comes with more options: an intuitively built fire to support your      inner work, a special tea prepared for the day and a 20 minute guided meditation with Penny, 
  • 5 hour retreat, same as above with your choice of additional support
     For those times when you need to get away, but only have a morning or afternoon, this retreat is          perfect. You may spend the entire time in personal sanctuary, or receive everything a 3 hour retreat      offers, plus your choice of: 30 minutes of breathwork, tablework, or intuitive conversation and            guidance with Penny, all in Nature's embrace.
