Breathwork/Pranayama/Nidra

The flow of breath is the flow of Life. Through simple breathing exercises, Penny leads you back into a partnership with the receptivity and presence of breath within the body, therefore enhancing the presence of the flow of Life itself.

 

Exercises include circular breathing, techniques of Pranayama, and Nidra, along with an organic relationship to the breath flow that Penny has developed.

Breathing is life. It is one of our most vital functions. One of the Five Principles of Yoga is Pranayama or Breathing Exercise, which promotes proper breathing. Penny incorporates several of these in her Breathing practice with clients.

 

Nidra

Described as a state of conscious awareness of a deep sleep state, Yoga Nidra is deeply renewing and life-enhancing. Guided meditation combine with specific breathing patterns creates this profound practice.
